THE BEAUTY OF CHRISTMAS

V1.  It’s Christmas time

And holiday decorations

Glitter and shine

Like jewels

In rainbow hues.

The green leaves

On Christmas wreaths

Gleam like olivine.

The holly berries

Glisten like rubies.

It is a joyful season of beauty.

C.  For unto us a Child is born,

Unto us a Son is given.

Emmanuel, Jesus,

God is with us.

Jesus dwelt among us,

And we beheld His glory.

The brightness of

His glory.

V2.  It’s Christmas time

And festive flowers

Are resplendent

And iridescent.

The Christmas trees

Are evergreen,

With a star at the very top,

Like the Star of Bethlehem.

It is Christmas time,

The Church celebrates

Christ, Divine.

It is a joyful season of beauty.
