STEPPING STONES

V1.  I am on a pilgrimage.  I follow Christ.

In all my ways, I acknowledge God,

And He makes straight my paths.

I know there is a way to heaven.

I will follow all the saints, and enter

By the narrow gate.  Then I will

Walk on a highway, a road way,

The Holy Road.

C.  I will follow Jesus, wherever

He goes.  I know the road is

Difficult.  I rejoice in my suffering.

I turn my stumbling blocks into

Stepping stones.  Suffering produces

Endurance and character and hope.

V2.  I will follow the Way of Holiness.

The way of religion and godliness.

I love Christ, He leads His people

On paths of righteousness.

V3.  I will learn and I will grow.

I will walk on the Holy Road.
