SEASONS
C. The seasons come and go.
The land yields its harvest;
God, our God, blesses us.
V1. In spring, the air is fragrant
As floral perfumes are carried aloft.
Birds are in their nests. Buds burst into flowers.
It is crisp and sunny.
It is a season of renewal.
V2. In summer, the days are pleasant.
The sun beats down and the air is hot.
There are buzzing insects. The rain comes down in showers.
It is warm and balmy.
It is a season that is bountiful.
V3. In autumn, the days are vibrant.
The landscape gets covered with sparkling dew drops.
The trees are deciduous. Their leaves turn to amber.
It is brisk and breezy.
It is a season that is fruitful.
V4. In winter, the days are magnificent.
The landscape gets covered with frost.
White snowflakes fall and rest. Like little crystal stars.
It is cold and windy.
It is a season that is restful.
Spring and summer and autumn and winter.
